Is it wrong to Tell YOU there were also Ricotta Fritters with Blackberry Sauce, Pumpkin Cheescake and Chocolate Panna Cotta amdist a few sundaes and cafe affogato's?

This all started out perfectly harmless.

Is there really any reason NOT

to have Baked Ricotta and a little Prosciutto? Just a little.

I mean look how innocent it looks.  I mean the roasted red peppers look a little devilsh but the ricotta?

Innocent.

But then...

Someone demanded we sample the rice balls.  Who can refuse a demand at a Holiday Party?
